Good To Know

Where do I find my card code?
Scan the QR code on the back of your Gold Card. Your code appears on screen and always starts with BA followed by numbers.
How long does delivery take?
We send your card by post after your order. Delivery within Belgium usually takes a few working days.
Does my credit expire?
No. Your credit stays on your card and does not expire.
Can I top up someone else’s card?
Yes. Just enter their card code when topping up and the credit is added to that card.
Do I get 10% extra on the starter pack too?
No. The starter pack gives you €50 credit for €50, with the card included. The 10% bonus applies from your first top-up onwards, and on every top-up after that.
Can I exchange my credit for cash?
No. Your credit can only be used for orders at Barouche locations and cannot be exchanged for cash.
