What You Get From Us
Room to grow
We believe in a meritocracy: there is room to move up inside the company, and we would rather you grew with us than past us.
A young, dynamic team
Busy shifts are easier when the person next to you has your back — and that is something we hire for as much as experience.
Learn the craft
Sourdough that rests for 24 hours, sauces made fresh every morning. You will learn how the food actually works, not just how to plate it.
A proper contract
Full-time positions with a competitive salary, in a fast-growing company that is run professionally.
The fit
Who We're Looking For
Experience helps, but it is not the thing we screen for. We can teach you to bake a pita. We cannot teach you to care.
- You genuinely enjoy looking after guests
- Warm, upbeat, and steady when it gets busy
- Honest — you say it like it is
- Hands-on, flexible, and willing to work
- A team player with an owner’s mindset

The work
Where You Could Land
Pitarist
Our name for the people who make it happen: baking, building pitas, serving guests. In every one of our locations.
Team leader
You run the shift. Keeping the line moving, the crew sharp and the guests happy while the door keeps opening.
(Assistant) store manager
The whole restaurant is yours: your team, your numbers, your standards. You are why guests come back.
Head office, Ghent
Marketing, operations, supply. A small team in Ghent building the systems that eleven locations run on.
Which of these are actually open right now changes week to week. The live list lives on our recruitment site.
Ready When You Are
Every open role across our eleven locations and the Ghent office, in one place. Nothing that fits today? Send an open application — we keep them.
