Terms of Sale

These terms apply when you buy Barouche merch — our sweaters and tees — through barouche.eu/shop. The Gold Card has its own rules, which you find in the FAQ on the same page.

Products and prices

Each item is shown on the shop page with its photos, colours and sizes. Colours can look slightly different on your screen than in real life.

All prices are in euro and include 21% VAT. There are no delivery costs: you pick up your order at a Barouche location of your choice. The price you pay is the one shown when you place your order.

Ordering and payment

You choose your items, sizes and pickup location, and pay online through our payment provider Mollie, with one of the payment methods shown at checkout. Your order is confirmed once your payment has gone through; you then receive a confirmation email with your order number.

If we cannot deliver an item after all — because it sold out, for example — we let you know straight away and refund what you paid for it within 14 days.

Pickup

Your order is usually ready in 1–2 weeks. We email you as soon as it is waiting for you. If it is not ready within 30 days of your order, you may cancel and get a full refund.

Bring your order number when you come. Someone else can pick up the order for you if they have that number. We keep your order for at least 30 days after our ready-for-pickup email. Can’t make it in time? Email us and we’ll work something out.

Changed your mind? 14 days to return

You have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days, without giving a reason. Those 14 days start on the day you — or the person you send — pick up the order. You can return the whole order or only part of it.

How to return

• Bring the items, with your order number, to any Barouche location within those 14 days. That counts as telling us, and costs you nothing.
• Or tell us first by email at info@barouche.eu, with your order number, before the 14 days are up. You can use the form below, but you don’t have to. You then have another 14 days to bring the items to a Barouche location.

Your refund

We refund everything you paid for the returned items within 14 days of hearing from you, using the same payment method you used — at no cost to you. We may wait with the refund until we have the items back.

Trying an item on is fine, just as you would in a shop. If it has been worn, washed or damaged beyond that, we may deduct the loss in value from the refund.

Legal guarantee

Every item comes with the two-year legal guarantee. If something is wrong with it, let us know within two months of noticing, at info@barouche.eu. We will repair or replace it, or refund you if neither is possible.

Your personal data

We use your details only to handle your order. Read how in our privacy policy.

Questions and complaints

Email us at info@barouche.eu — we usually answer within a few working days. If we can’t sort it out together, you can turn to the Belgian Consumer Mediation Service at consumentenombudsdienst.be.

Belgian law applies. That never takes away the protection you have under the mandatory consumer law of the country where you live.
