We cook with fresh ingredients and our recipes change with them, so this list can move. Our kitchens are small and busy, which means we can't rule out traces of an allergen that isn't listed for a dish.

If an allergy is serious, please tell the person taking your order. They'd much rather hear it than guess — and they can check the current list behind the counter.
