WE WANT YOUR MEAL TO BE LIGHT. SO ALL OUR SAUCES ARE HOMEMADE AND YOGHURT BASED.IT IS OUR PHILOSOPHY TO NEVER FRY FOOD BUT TO USE THE BAROUCHE OVEN INSTEAD

It’s not about the meat.. It’s all about the bread. Our pitas are the heart of our restaurant.

 Each day our chefs make our sourdough and let it rest for 24 hours. After this well deserved rest, the sourdough goes into the Barouche Oven and turns into a wonderful pocket bread.

What is the republic?

At Barouche. we don’t have any religious, cultural or political background. We created our own entity based on the love for pita. Introducing: Barouche, the Pita Republic. A small republic where everyone is welcome. Join the Pita Republic!
