Rules for the Action: Win a Year of 1 Pita per week (non-accumulative)

1.     Eligibility:

·      The action is open to individual participants only.

–     Participation is limited to one person, and the prize is non-transferable.

 

2.     Prize Details:

·      The winner is entitled to receive one pita per week for a duration of one year until 31/12/2024.

·      The prize is not accumulative, meaning that if the winner misses a week, they forfeit their right to that week’s pita.

 

3.     Redemption:

·      The winner must claim their weekly pita within the specified time frame.

·      Unclaimed pitas for a particular week cannot be redeemed at a later date.

 

4.     Forfeiture:

·      If the winner misses a week, they lose the entitlement to that week’s pita; the prize does not carry over or accumulate.

 

5.     Notification:

·      Winners will be notified through the designated communication channel.

·      It is the responsibility of the winner to respond promptly to claim their prize

 

6.     Compliance:

·      Participants must adhere to all terms and conditions outlined in this action.

 

7.     Disqualification:

·      Failure to comply with the rules may result in disqualification.

 

8.     Modification:

·      The organizers reserve the right to modify or terminate the action at their discretion.

 

9.     Liability:

·      The organizers are not liable for any loss or inconvenience resulting from participation in this action.

 

10.  Jurisdiction:

·      This action is subject to the laws and regulations of the relevant jurisdiction.
